The rep i talked to is very nice and very helpful. A very good salesperson too ;) . I told her that I wanted to return the suit and get a refund but she convinced me to have it exchanged. They don’t have the silver/black in 44 so they’re sending me a red/black instead, which is fine by me. It should be alright with my silver bike. All shipping charges including the return are all free! Another thing is, they’re sending me the replacement right away. They don’t have to wait for the one that I have. That’s an awesome customer service if you ask me. I’m definitely buying stuff from them again.

Update:

I just got an email from them letting me know that the suit will not ship today because it’s coming form another warehouse. It may be delayed by 1-4 days. That’s ok I guess. I’m not in a rush.

Damn it, that’s my size, huhu. I really like this suit. I know leathers need some breaking in but it’s really small. I am glad my wife was home when I tried it on because I couldn’t get it off by myself. I guess I need to get the next size up, which is a 44… NO!!! Oh well, I’m shipping it back to the store on Monday :(

FedEx just delivered my new leather full suit that I bought from BikeBandit. The Teknic Violator runs one size smaller so the size 40US that I usually wear is 42US for this suit. I only had experience with Joe Rocket and Alpinestars so I don’t know what to expect from this one. The video below from SportbikeTrackGear is a crash review of this suit and they gave it a thumbs up. I was gonna buy the suit from them but bikebandit has a special price for $200 less. What I like about this suit, besides the price, is the included race hump. Not to mention that Aaron Yates and Josh Hayes who compete in the AMA Superbike racing wear the same brand. Unlike the other brands, Teknic provides the same consumer suit to their sponsored riders so you can rest assured that you are getting the same armor tested by these guys.
