In And Out Of DMV In 16 Minutes

I went to DMV today to transfer the title of my new motorcycle. Everything went smooth and quick! Less than 1 minute to find a parking, 4 minutes of waiting after I got my number, and in 11 minutes, I was able to obtain a registration slip and a new license plate. That’s very impressive!

We Have Lost Our Baby

We tried the best we can to save our baby but maybe it’s not meant to happen. The ultrasound gave the same result and Donna’s hGC level went down to 16,000. It’s not easy to accept that the baby we are expecting is now gone. But that’s how life is, we have to face the […]

Almost Got In Trouble With Cops… Again!

It could have been the worse vehicle related infraction of my life. And this time, I can’t make any contestation because I am guilty of all counts. Ok, so today at lunch, the final parts for my 98 ZX-6R track bike (the bike that I crashed) has arrived so I went ahead and put it […]

There Is Still Hope

Donna went for her hCG test this morning and just got the result. Amazingly, the previous hCG count of 27,000 went up to 50,000. This is good news. The fetus is causing this to go high so there is a possibility that the fetus is still alive. Her OB said it’s possible that the fetus’ […]

Terrible News About Our Baby

I took Donna to her OB this morning for her monthly pregnancy checkup. She’s about 10 weeks. We were both excited because this will be the firts time we are going to hear our baby’s heartbeat. The MA took us to one of the rooms and she started doing a doppler test. We couldn’t hear […]

2 Years With Wink.com Today

Wow, I can’t believe I have been working for Wink for exactly 2 years today. With all the dramas and many changes, I survived the tides. When I was in Yahoo, there’s a tradition that every 2 years, you are given an option to look for a job in another business unit. They believe that […]

Torn Ligaments In My Wrist

After 4 months of ailing wrist from a bicycle mishap, I finally went to an Orthopedic doctor today. Three weeks ago, I had an x-ray done on my wrist and it came back negative - no fracture, no broken bones. My Ortho guessed I have torn ligaments in my left wrist. Sprain or torn ligaments […]

VTA Bus Spewed Oil On Me And My Bike

I was riding home from work on 101 and I got stuck in traffic behind a VTA (Santa Clara Valley Transport Authority) public transit bus on lane #1. All of a sudden this bus started spewing black smoke spraying it all over me. My visor was all covered with oil and almost blinding me. My […]

I Maybe Too Harsh On Words

Calling someone a backstabber maybe too harsh but still I don’t regret what I said. I don’t like having enemies and I am not the type of person that holds grudges. I’ll leave that to past but I don’t condone that person’s actions.

Backstabber Is What I Hated The Most

It’s almost 1AM and I am very angry. I was checking my email at work and I caught something that I think is not meant to be seen by me. I’m not sure if the “sender” forgot to not include the original email in his forward or it was deliberately included in there. Apparently someone […]

103 Degrees Outside, 72 Inside

Thanks to my A/C, it’s keeping me and my daughter comfortable all day. In the previous years living in my house, when its triple digit outside, the temperature inside my house can reach up to 90 degrees. If you ask me, that’s almost close to hell. I can not tolerate that anymore. So, yeah, I […]

Thinking About Getting A Ducati

Besides Porsche 911 Turbo, a Ducati Superbike is another dream machine that I’d like to have parked in my garage. I have long been lured by Ducati bikes specially the 999R. Last year, they released the 1098 in a typical Ducati red color. It has garnered lots of good reviews, both from magazines and owners. […]

Woah! Premium Gas Is At $4.91

Gassed up my bike this morning before I went to work and I almost fell off my bike when I saw the gas price. $4.91 for a premium (91) gas!!!  Holy moly that’s just too high. It looks like $7/gallon is not far from reality. I don’t care what my Z3 feels right now but […]

Carmela Got A Bumbo Seat

We found this Bumbo Seat at Target today while shopping for her toys. She’s 4 months now and able to hold her head up. She can also get up on her feet now while I hold her hands. I was skeptical with this product at first because I’m afraid that she might not […]

In Pursuit Of A New Laptop - Dell XPS M1530 Vs HP Pavilion DV9700T

I have to admit, I made a wrong decision when I build my self a Shuttle-like PC last year. I had a monstrous desktop so I thought I’d put together a micro ATX form factor PC for a change. I don’t travel much and never really had any use for a laptop. I have an […]

Carmela Turned 3 Months

My daughter is now 3 months old today. Time really flies. There are a lot of things she can do now. She’s already able to lift up her head; push her self up a bit; she can grab her toys; she responds when you talk to her; she’s able to put her hands together; she […]
