At the Doc getting my LPR checked. I hope she’ll tell me to get off from taking Protonix.

Another sleepless night due to my acid reflux. Imagine being attacked with throat spasm, chest congestion and heartburn all night long [sigh]. I think I slept around 5:30am when everything has settled down and woke up at 9am. Something new happened last night though. This time I felt the acid coming up my throat. It’s got a bitter sour taste that makes you want to vomit. I’m just glad I survived another night.

Improvement? I think so. I’m not very sure but I had less heartburn episodes today and no bloating and stomach cramping at all. I’m still getting the throat spasm though (from acid reflux). When that thing goes away then I can probably declare that this stuff really works.

I’m very sick today and having a mild fever. Headache, coughing with phlegm and stuffy nose plus my swollen throat. This time, I really need to rest.

Just done with my Ortodontics for my TMJ. I like Dr. Woodlief, he is very thorough. He’s big on research so I learned a lot of things from him today. I also learned that I have a dislocated jaw They’re swollen too. Now I gotta go for a CT Scan.

At the Orthodontics now. They did some measurements of my head and jaw movement. Waiting now for the doctor to do his assesment.

Going to an Orthodontics this morning to get my TMJ checked.

My left jaw is now suffering from TMJ as well. It does hurt. It’s a different kind of pain. It’s the sort of internal pain where you can’t almost do anything. Unlike headaches, you can massage your head but this one, it’s different. It’s hard to explain but the pain is there. Earlier, I was having an anxiety attack again so I just decided to blog it to keep my mind off of it. It’s painfully annoying!
