Finally, I got my tire and tube replaced today. I bought it from Performance Bicycle store, which is just across the street from where I work. Yes I waited ’til today because Performance have a 10% discount every Tuesday from noon to 2pm… why not!  The tire I got was Continental Ultrasport 700c x 23.

Short ride today, only 3 miles. Different route this time. I know, I wimped out again. That’s why I don’t like being idle for a long time. To my credit though, I tried staying at a low gear this time just to test if my leg power has improved

I rode 9 miles today. I’m sore and it feels good! There’s one thing I learned today… ENDURANCE. It’s true that if you give up along the way, you’ll never reach your destination.

I did 4 miles today. I was gonna go longer but I got lost so I turned back… lol

I did a quick loop today here at work, only 2.5 miles. Man, was I really out of shape. My legs can’t hold up. Oh well, first day baby, it’ll get better.
