I did a 5.2 mile loop today around my neighborhood - Nieman to Yerba Buena. It’s mostly uphill but not too steep. Next time, I’ll try the opposite direction. Yerba Buena is about 1.5 mile climb.

Short ride today, only 3 miles. Different route this time. I know, I wimped out again. That’s why I don’t like being idle for a long time. To my credit though, I tried staying at a low gear this time just to test if my leg power has improved

I rode 9 miles today. I’m sore and it feels good! There’s one thing I learned today… ENDURANCE. It’s true that if you give up along the way, you’ll never reach your destination.
